Become a community partner
|
We are especially looking for local hospitals or clinics that have a need for on-site multilingual volunteers who can help out with insurance enrollment, hospital navigation, and referrals to health and social resources.
We are also seeking partnerships with local clinics and social service organizations to which we can refer patients. Besides free/low-cost preventative care services, prescriptions, and health education classes, we are also interested in free services such as emergency food assistance, homeless advocacy, housing programs, legal clinics and employment assistance.
