Project Facilitator 
Project facilitators will oversee a project (long-term, short-term, or even a one-time event!) of their own design, often leading one of our three teams. Health Advocates can apply to be a project facilitator at any time. Please complete an email a project proposal to our internal email, [email protected], to schedule a meeting to discuss potential project ideas.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete and submit all project-related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Oversee a team to work toward a project of your design.
  • Present project progress at Community Building Days.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and take notes at weekly project meetings.
  • Communicate with Draper Coordinators and other team members consistently.

Qualifications
Required
  • Currently working as a Health Advocate with Health Bridges
  • Submit and receive approval for a project proposal relating to Health Bridges’ mission
  • Commitment to completion of proposed project
  • Ability to recruit, delegate, and manage team members effectively
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, timeliness, attention to detail, and administrative skills
Preferred
  • Passion for the goals, context, and content of the proposed project
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and optimism
